Newly Offered Procedure - Clarivein Procedure!
Last year, Doctor Dash was honored with having a trained vascular technologist from the Clarivein company itself help demonstrate and train our staff in the new procedure known as Clarivein. This procedure is an alternative to the commonly used endovenous laser ablation or EVLA. This procedure is a "better fit" for some of our patients.
The Clarivein procedure involved a special catheter with a 360-rotating tip that dispenses medication to scar the vein closed. The procedure is done under ultrasound guidance with gentle pressure applied. It is a minimally invasive, quick, procedure that minimizes patient discomfort and recoop time.
